QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Senior Sales Engineers to join our export-oriented manufacturing company.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering)
• Advanced level of English (spoken and written)
• 3–5 years of experience in Export sales and marketing (experience with industrial products is a strong asset)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated and proactive
• Dynamic, hardworking, team-oriented, analytical, and goal-driven with a desire to build a long-term career in sales
• Willing and able to travel internationally without restrictions
• Valid driving license and active driving experience
• Residence on the European side of Istanbul (preferably Beylikdüzü neighbourhood)
• Advanced user of MS Office applications
• Proactive mindset with a positive attitude toward challenges
• Highly motivated, dedicated, and supportive team player
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• No military service obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Generate sales by developing new markets, maintaining existing customer relationships, and acquiring new clients
• Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial terms to customers
• Visit existing and potential clients worldwide to ensure business sustainability and identify new opportunities
• Conduct market research, marketing studies, and customer satisfaction surveys
• Actively represent the company during international business trips and customer visits
• International travel is required
