The brand has also been expanding its women's apparel collection recently. Thanks to dedicated design teams in Porto and Barcelona, PARFOIS introduces new styles in its stores every week! Combining a modern fashion approach with affordable prices, PARFOIS stands out with its clear and dynamic visual presentation style, creating a delightful atmosphere across all its stores. PARFOIS started its journey as a fashion accessories brand with its first store opening in 1994 in Porto, Portugal's second-largest city. Today, PARFOIS operates in over 1,000 stores across 80+ countries. Parfois Turkey commenced its operations in 2022.

We are looking for a Retail Area Manager with the following qualifications to join our operations in Parfois Turkey:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Metric Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring and reporting weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Ensuring action plans developed in coordination with different Parfois Headquarters departments (Logistics, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, etc.) are accurately implemented in stores.

• Sales & Stock Optimization: Identifying and executing strategies and actions to boost sales, ensure efficient inventory turnover, improve product performance, and adapt the collection to the market.

• Store Operations & Team Support: Supporting store teams by taking responsibility for store openings, recruitment, performance evaluations, and training to ensure Parfois procedures and practices are correctly implemented.

• Operational Organization: Organizing and planning operational procedures, stock management, inventory counts, store checklists, audits, and non-commercial purchases.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 2 to 6 years of area management experience in international fashion retail brands.
• Excellent process management, problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Advanced MS Excel and ERP system skills (Nebim knowledge is a plus).
• No travel restrictions (90% of the time will be spent in the field).
