.        Providing leadership and expertise to translate consumer needs into effective product designs.
·        Responsible of leading and managing R&D projects
·        Taking personally a role in qualitative and quantitave laboratory analysis and product design process.
·        Being responsible in implementing and adapting product designs into real time production
·        Working in close cooperation with manufacturing, marketing, sales and purchasing departments
·        Taking role in R&D center by being a part in projects, making qualitative and quantitative analysis, making presentations   and sectoral analysis to support R&D activities.
·        Following laws and regualitons in food industry locally and globally.
·        Building up and following communications with global suppliers in order to serve R&D acitivities in company.

We are looking for Food Engineers to be employeed inResearch and Development Center of Polen Food (a member of Martin Braun Group) who is operating in flour improver, bakery, pastry and chocolate industries.
Candidates should have;
·        Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Engineering and/or related areas
·        Excellent command of English is a must.
·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·        Ambitious attitude for continious learning and development
·        Self motivation and willingness to work in various research - development areas,
·        Personal skills of dynamic, creative, innovative and result oriented team player
·        Good skills at problem analysing and creating problem solution
·        Strong background of technical knowledge and skills
·        Ability to work co-operative as a member of a team
·        High willingness to take responsibility for Project works
·        High willingness for meeting Project aims
·        Good knowledge in MS Office programs
·        No restriction for travelling in and out of country,
·        No military obligations for male candidates
