Full Stack .NET Engineer (.NET Microservices, .NET Framework & Web UI) 

Location: [İstanbul / Hybrid / Remote] 

At QLTEQ, we are building the technological backbone of global logistics, fleet management, and supply chain automation. We engineer end-to-end distributed platforms and enterprise web applications that power real-time fleet dispatching, multi-channel communications, automated freight quoting, and complex financial workflows. 

We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack .NET Engineer who loves writing clean code and owning features from database to UI—contributing across our modern event-driven microservices, interactive web frontends, and core.NET Framework logistics platforms.

 What You’ll Do 

• Full Stack Web Development (.NET MVC & Modern JS): Build, maintain, and enhance end-to-end web modules across our logistics portals usingASP.NET MVC (Razor Views), JavaScript, jQuery/AJAX, Bootstrap, DataTables, and modern frontend frameworks(TypeScript or Vue.js). 

• Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture: Design and maintain scalable backend microservices using modern .NET, CQRS (MediatR),DDD, and asynchronous event buses via RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus. 

• Real-Time Communication & SignalR Hubs: Develop end-to-end real-time features—connecting backendSignalR Hubs backed by Redis and gRPC directly to live browser dashboards, chat interfaces, and instant notification feeds. 

• 3rd-Party Logistics & Telematics Integrations: Build full-stack workflows, REST APIs, andHangfire background jobs integrating telematics/ELD providers, ocean/air container tracking, LTL freight carriers, payment gateways, andTwilio (SMS).

• Database Design & Performance Tuning: PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDBDesign schemas, optimize complex queries, and manage data access acrossPostgreSQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, and Redis using Entity FrameworkCore and EF6. 

What We’re Looking For 

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on Full Stack .NET development experience delivering production web applications with both .NET and.NET Framework. 

• Backend Mastery: Strong command of C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, ASP.NET MVC / Web API, Dependency Injection (Autofac / built-in DI), and asynchronous programming.

• Frontend & UI Skills: Solid proficiency in ASP.NET Razor Views,HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript,Vue.js, jQuery / AJAX, dynamic grid/table libraries, and experience with modern component-based UIs. 

• Distributed Systems & Real-Time Web: Practical experience with microservice architectures (CQRS, MediatR, API Gateways / BFF), message brokers(RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus), and real-time client-server communication (SignalR, WebSockets, gRPC).  

• Databases & Caching: Strong SQL skills (MSSQL andPostgreSQL), hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core / EF6, and familiarity withRedis or MongoDB.

• Modern Workflow: Familiarity with Docker, Git, structured logging (Serilog, Seq, Elasticsearch), resilience patterns (Polly), and active daily use of AI coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot). 

Nice to Have (Bonus Points): 

• Experience with background job schedulers like Hangfire or Hosted BackgroundServices. 
• Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure (Blob Storage, Service Bus, App Insights, Notification Hubs) orAWS S3. 
• Domain background in logistics, fleet/dispatcher operations, supply chain ERP, or payment systems.
