You will coordinate the operational processes of flights, enhance operational efficiency, and work closely with our team. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering).
• Analytical thinking and result oriented.
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) is must.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
• Able to work in shifts and flexible hours.
• Must have the ability to work quickly, calmly, and under pressure while also contributing to team efforts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Take incoming calls and emails from clients.
• Issue quotes and/or estimates for missions when requested by outside agencies.
• Central co-ordination between external individuals, agencies and between departments, in all aspects related to the safe and efficient undertaking of a mission.
• Relay departure, arrival, delay, aircraft and airfield status, and other pertinent information to the client.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Post flight briefing to the client.
