Furthermore, a physical sales offices in the Istanbul Airport and Sabiha Gokcen Airport are available to ensure a point of contact for your clients with a 24-hour customer service line in order to exceed your customer’s satisfaction.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Professional experience required (Airline or Travel Industry knowledge of more than 3 years required),
  • Background in major airline business processes, preferably in reservations, ticketing, and CRS systems is a plus,
  • Comprehensive working knowledge of the Travel industry and corporate business,
  • Good command of English both written and spoken,
  • Knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport,
  • Ability to identify customer needs and building long-term strategic relationships,
  • Well-developed communication and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical skills,
  • Strong problem solving / solution oriented,
  • Excellent Service / Customer Orientation,
  • Self-motivated and teamwork oriented,
  • University degree in related fields.


JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager for GOZEN GSA at Istanbul town office.

  • Responsible for the planning and coordination of sales and marketing activities and any remaining services (where applicable),
  • Handles and visits assigned agency/corporate clients in Turkey,
  • Records all sales activities for different airlines represented by our company,
  • Collects market information and shares within the team,
  • Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports,
  • Always follows up new potential business to expand agent/corporate segment base,
  • Conducts familiarization trips and participating in workshops/seminars,
  • Implements all sales and marketing action plans,
  • Implements all policies and procedures of the airlines represented by our company,
  • Promotes all special tools and campaigns,
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.
