QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proven experience in executive-level assistance and/or office management
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and representation skills
  • Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality and trust
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Well-developed problem-solving and coordination skills
  • Experience in team management

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively plan and coordinate the daily workflow of the Chairman
  • Organize senior management meetings and manage related documentation processes
  • Plan and manage domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Oversee the general administrative operations and processes of the office
  • Coordinate office staff and support teams
  • Manage communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of administrative and financial processes (invoicing, payments, budget tracking, etc.)
  • Organize guest reception, hosting, and protocol processes
  • Ensure proper document management, archiving, and confidentiality processes
  • Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance
  • Ensure processes are carried out in compliance with company procedures and legal requirements
