We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and customer-orientedTeam Leader Merchandiser to lead our merchandising team and manage key customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of merchandising experience, with at least2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong experience in Denim and Woven Garment manufacturing.
• Proven experience working with European fashion brands.
• Excellent knowledge of garment development, costing, sourcing and production processes.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, trims, washing techniques and garment construction.
• Ability to read and interpret Tech Packs / Technical Specification Sheets.
• Experience in sample development, fit approval, PP sample and bulk production follow-up.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
• Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
• Excellent planning, analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously.
• Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with ERP and/or PLM systems is an advantage.
• No restriction for domestic and international travel.
• Military service completed (for male candidates).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Merchandising Team to achieve company objectives.
• Manage customer accounts from product development through shipment.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments.
• Ensure all customer requirements are accurately translated into production.
• Supervise sampling processes including Fit Sample, Size Set, PP Sample and Shipment Sample approvals.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
• Work closely with Product Development, Sourcing, Planning, Production, Quality Assurance and Logistics teams.
• Review costing, negotiate pricing and support commercial decisions.
• Monitor order profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Coach and mentor merchandising team members.
• Prepare management reports and KPI analyses.
