International Sales Manager

We are looking for an International Sales Manager to join our team at our company, a leading player in its industry operating in the IZMİR AEGEAN FREE ZONE (ESBAS). The role will be responsible for developing our sales activities in the spice and seed sector, expanding our existing customer portfolio, and creating new market opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the food/agriculture industry(Sales experience in seed and/or spice industry particulary with products such as Cumin, Anise, Fennel, Coriander, Black Cumin, and Poppy Seeds is highly preferred.)
• Preferably experienced in B2B sales of food ingredients, spices, seeds, or agricultural commodities
• Strong knowledge of customers and markets, particularly in export markets,
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and evaluate price, quality, specifications, and delivery terms as a whole
• Ability to monitor market prices, seasonal dynamics, product availability, and competitive conditions
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to effectively manage quotation preparation, pricing, order follow-up, and after-sales processes
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Based in or willing to relocate to İzmir
