We’re seeking a Customer Service Specialist who has will and ambition to work in our dynamic Customer Service team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting the customer experience process (English and French will be actively used).
- Preparing and presenting price offers (import and export processes between other countries in industrial markets).
- Providing proactive solutions and alternatives to customers, making suggestions with an analytical perspective.
- Price, deadline, quantity process in customer orders.
- Checking the compatibility of details with offers.
- Negotiating deadlines with suppliers and informing customers.
- Obtaining information from factories about the delivery times of the products to be produced.
- Creating prices by checking the margins of the products to be produced.
- Entry and approval of orders.
- Monitoring the planning, production and delivery processes of the order.
- Monitoring the production status of the products and the preparation status of the order.
- Dealing with the shipping process and preparing the necessary instructions according to the country.
- Keeping in touch with the customer during the delivery process and providing the necessary information.
- Organizing pre-shipment inspections.
- Managing customer relations.
- Complaints about price, quality, logistics, etc. managing processes.
- Managing disputes and complaints.
- Creating relevant requests for credit notes or additional invoices.
- Monitoring incoming production costs and delivery times to respond to requests.
- Executing necessary SAP processes.
- Monitoring old or undelivered orders.
- Preparing and analyzing development reports related to all processes.
To be able to successful in the role we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in related departments.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Professional knowledge of MS Office and SAP applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- The position will be located in İstanbul.
- No military service obligation for male candidates.
