Sango Türkiye (STI) is located in the TOSB Organized Industrial Zone and manufactures exhaust and manifold systems, as well as various body and chassis components. In addition, the company produces stainless steel bars, tubes and wires—including door bars and support panels—as well as shafts.

As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and develop their career in Human Resources. This position will take an active role across various HR functions and will contribute to our HR processes with a generalist approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources and a strong interest in building a career in HR,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably experience in the manufacturing sector and/or multinational companies,
• Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and basic HR legislation,
• Experience with Meyer Angel PDKS and HR-Logo is preferred,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Open to learning, development, and guidance,
• Systematic working style and analytical thinking skills,
• Strong communication skills with a solution- and result-oriented approach,
• Candidates residing in İzmit, Gebze, Darıca, or the Anatolian Side of Istanbul are preferred.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes,
• Carry out daily attendance and timekeeping operations and provide support for payroll processes,
• Take an active role in employee and industrial relations processes to contribute to creating a positive and sustainable working environment,
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of HR processes,
• Prepare HR-related data and reports and support their presentation to management,
• Take an active role in various HR functions in line with a generalist HR approach.
