Position Overview

As Sava Clinic, we are looking for a Bariatric Dietitian with strong communication skills to join our team serving international health tourism patients, especially in bariatric surgery processes.

This position includes managing pre-operative and post-operative nutrition processes, actively communicating with international patients, and working in coordination with a multidisciplinary medical team.

Active English communication is mandatory for this position. Spanish is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing pre-operative and post-operative nutrition processes of bariatric surgery patients
• Providing both online and face-to-face nutritional counseling to patients
• Preparing and following post-operative diet plans
• Monitoring patients’ vitamin, protein, and fluid intake processes
• Working in coordination with doctors, nurses, coordinators, and international patient teams
• Communicating actively with English-speaking international patients
• Following up patients through WhatsApp groups and online platforms
• Reporting and documenting patient processes regularly
• Preparing educational content and patient information documents when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
• Preferably experienced in bariatric surgery or clinical nutrition
• Able to actively speak and write in English
• Preferably experienced in health tourism
• Strong patient communication and solution-oriented approach
• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and compatible with teamwork
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Proficient in online patient follow-up and digital communication tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language skills
• Experience with international patients
• Experience in bariatric surgery field
• Experience in the health tourism sector
