Job Description

Scorpios Bodrum is in search of a Security Personnel to join our team. The role involves ensuring the safety and protection of Scorpios employees, customers, and property, which includes the responsibility of checking guests entering the premises. The Security Officer will be expected to uphold Scorpios' standards and core values, provide outstanding customer service, and maintain operational standards in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Duties also involve periodic patrols of the Scorpios premisses and its surroundings. The ideal candidate will have strong surveillance skills, sound judgment, objectivity, dependability, emotional control, integrity, and a firm commitment to safety management and professionalism.

Responsibilities 

Quality and Execution Support:

• Ensure a visible and physical presence at Scorpios at all times while on duty, monitoring activities to preserve order, protect property, and uphold Scorpios' image and core values.
• Write clear, concise incident reports or suspicious activities at Scorpios, following local regulations and laws.
• Observe, document, and report all safety hazards at Scorpios to the Operations and General Manager.

Operational Support:

• Patrol Scorpios to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring that all access points are secure. Follow up on suspicious activities by reporting to the Operations and General Manager.
• Actively assist in all security-related situations at Scorpios, aligning actions with Scorpios' standards and local legislation protovols.
• Provide basic first aid to injured parties on Scorpios property when necessary.
• Respond to fire/earthquake alarm activations at Scorpios, investigate complaints, and maintain readiness for emergency situations, reflecting Scorpios' commitment to safety and professionalism.

Pre-Opening Experience:

• Assist in the pre-opening phase at Scorpios Bodrum by ensuring that all security measures and protocols align with Scorpios' standards, image, and core values, as well as local laws and regulations.
• Perform thorough pre-opening security checks at Scorpios, ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff and guests.
• Aid the Operations Manager in implementing effective security policies and procedures at Scorpios, adhering to the organization's high standards and core values.
