Job Description

The Consult Manager - EMEA will be strategically responsible for building, developing, and managing the company resources within the EMEA region including Principal, Senior, and Field Consultants, as well as Electronic Initiation Systems (EIS) resources.

In this role, you will champion a vision for excellence in technical support and maximize value capture performance. Collaborating directly with Business Development, Corporate Accounts, Operations, and company Global teams, you will identify solution-selling opportunities, oversee high-level customer relationships, and pioneer the development of digital tools tailored to EMEA's regional needs

Main Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Manage, mentor, and recruit (where necessary) the company EMEA technical team. Guide efforts to maintain world-class technical expertise and collaborate with global and national teams to deliver premium technical solution offerings.
• Project & Value Management: Oversee technical proposals, act as Project Manager for technical initiatives, and vet engineering reports. Track, prove, and formalize contractual cost-savings and value delivered to major corporate accounts.
• Customer & Stakeholder Relations: Build high-level relationships with key customers to ensure effective project communication, gaining formal acceptance of the financial benefits delivered by the team. Provide positive leadership across the broader sales and technical space.
• Digital & Technical Innovation: Gather and analyze project data to identify inefficiencies. Recommend, propose, and participate in developing new digital tools, workflows, and analytical processes to streamline operations and improve value-capture efficiency.
• • Standardization & Quality Assurance: Evaluate and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for EMEA employees regarding blast performance measurements, proper equipment selection, data integrity, and analytical practices.
  • HSE Compliance: Ensure total compliance with applicable Dyno Nobel HSEOE Performance Standards, as well as all local and regional Acts and Regulations.
  Problem Solving & Case Studies: Address major technical, product, or measurement issues based on yearly prioritized budgets. Conduct tool evaluations and create high-impact case studies to prove product value
