Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage online, phone and in-person room reservations
- Manage to add Guest data to the system
Requirements:
- Able to speak English and Russian languages,
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays,
- Familiarity with resort check-in software “Fidelio” & Microsoft Office Programs ( Excel, Word, e.t.s),
- Highly motivated, dynamic, open to development and learning,
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor,
- Experience in luxury hotel
- Professionel appearence and is always well-groomed
- Great in Filing, Reporting and Time Management,
- Prone to teamwork & Excellent verbal communication skills,
