QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

• High school / University degree
• Additional improvement programs in F&B-Kitchen
• Oral and written fluency in English
• Minimum 2 years experience in an International Class Hotel in similar capacity
• People and customer oriented
• Motivator and self starter
• Team worker / builder
• Displays initiative and creativity
• Commitment to professional values
• Physically fit

Ensures high standards of food preparation and service in the appointed kitchen(s), according to the standards set by the Management.
