More about the Role

• Deploying the Şişecam OHS strategy and standards in Turkey to achieve sustainable Health & Safety results
• Monitoring Health & Safety legal compliance and ensuring organizational needs
• Assessing the conformity of Occupational Health and Safety legislation for the facility
• Ensuring OHS policies, rules, and procedures are understood and followed by all personnel
• Performing factory and machine-based risk assessment analysis for regulatory preventive actions
• Supporting emergency management activities and developing safety culture projects
• Conducting OHS training and checking subcontractor compliance within the factory area
• Managing the ISO 45001 standards while overseeing fire safety systems and workplace well-being

All About You

• Bachelor's degree from the Engineering Faculty or an OHS Master's degree
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Having an A Class OHS Certificate, preferably with International Validity (NEBOSH / IOSH)
• Ability to apply PDCA methodology for problem-solving and conflict management
• Experienced in machinery, equipment and risk analysis
• To have the ability to take responsibility, being open to research and learning
• Preferably living or willing to live in Polatlı
