We are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Management Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both headquarters and stores, contribute to career and talent management practices, support employer branding and internal communication initiatives, and partner closely with managers as an HR Business Partner in our fast-growing home decor & lifestyle brand.
WHAT DOES THE JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDE?
Own and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both headquarters and store roles,Partner closely with business units to define and clarify talent needs,Build strong and sustainable talent pipelines through proactive sourcing,Conduct competency-based interviews in an effective and objective manner,Analyze recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring processes,Structure and effectively manage career management processes,Contribute to talent evaluation and 9-Box processes,Develop content and projects that strengthen the employer brand,Enhance employee experience and engagement through internal communication processes,Act as an HR Business Partner, guiding and supporting managers.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, particularly in recruitment and/or talent management,Experience in the retail sector is a plus, Strong command of written and spoken English,Proficiency in MS Office applications, Experience with HR tools, assessment platforms, or ATS systems is a plus, Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and competency-based interviewing techniques,Strong analytical thinking skills with a data-driven mindset, Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and proven stakeholder management abilities,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.
