Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Experience in infrastructure projects (preferably high-speed railways, highways, bridges, tunnels, viaducts, airports) within a technical officerole
• Proficiency in MS Project and Primavera
• Experience in project planning and cost control
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the field, with at least 3 years in similar projects

Job Description:

• Prepare, update, and revise master and detailed project schedules using MS Project, Primavera, etc.
• Perform resource planning (manpower, equipment, materials)
• Monitor project progress and conduct variance analyses
• Identify critical paths and ensure alignment with project targets
• Analyze delay risks and propose solutions
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and present them to senior management
• Monitor site performance and report delays to project management
• Improve planning processes and ensure coordination between the head office and project sites
