Now, we are hiring Head Waiter to join us in Bodrum.

Core Activities

• Train and supervise restaurant servers to maintain high standards of service in terms of time, quality, and personalization
• Supervise station mise-en-place and inspect table layouts to ensure they meet set standards
• Take food and beverage orders correctly; deliver wine service and flambe presentations
• Upsell food and beverage offerings to support restaurant budget targets
• Manage cutlery and equipment inventory; ensure hygiene and discipline standards are upheld
• Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering friendly, professional, and attentive service at all times

Competencies

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant or beach club
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Strong communication, customer focus, and team spirit
• Ability to perform under pressure with a high energy level
• Must be available to work AM, PM, and night shifts
