Engineering Supervisor

Job Description

• Supervise daily engineering operations and coordinate maintenance activities.

• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.

• Monitor work orders, maintenance schedules, and the Maximo system.

• Ensure fire safety systems and hotel facilities operate efficiently and safely.

• Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with hotel standards.

• Supervise, train, and support the engineering team.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel procedures.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or vocational qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering field.

• Previous experience in engineering or maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and maintenance management systems.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good command of English is an advantage.
