JOB DESCRIPTION

• Full responsibility and organization of the spa department.
• Taking responsibility for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and the continuity of high service quality.
• Contributing to the formation and development of their team,
• Determining the training needs of department employees and planning the necessary training.
• Ensuring that the correct methods are followed and applied in terms of hygiene
• Preparing monthly and weekly sales and marketing Spa reports and making presentations.
• Providing cost control by managing all purchasing processes of the department.
