Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field,
• Interest in production planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and process analysis,
• Preferably experienced in production and planning processes within the metal industry.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, research, and reporting skills,
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and develop action plans,
• Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel,
• Knowledge of ERP systems or willingness to learn,
• Strong follow-up, planning, and organizational skills,
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments,
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and changing production conditions,
• Preferably good command of English,
• For male candidates, completion of military service.

Job Description

• Evaluate customer requirements and plan delivery lead times in coordination with the Sales and Process departments,
• Prepare, monitor, and revise work orders in coordination with the Process and Quality departments,
• Develop short-, medium-, and long-term production plans based on current and historical customer orders, production capacity, and inventory levels,
• Monitor production progress against the established plan, analyze deviations, and ensure the necessary actions are taken,
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and long-term planning and performance reports,
• Monitor raw material and semi-finished product inventory levels and determine and plan material requirements in line with production plans,
• Conduct capacity and resource planning based on production capacity, machine/line availability, inventory levels, and customer delivery requirements,
• Identify potential risks in the planning processes in advance and develop solutions in coordination with the relevant departments,
• Analyze planning and production data and identify inefficiencies within processes,
• Contribute to process and operational improvement projects,
• Support the effective use of ERP and reporting systems and contribute to the digitalization of planning processes.
