EXPORT AREA SALES MANAGER (MACEDONIA – SKOPJE)

As one of Türkiye’s leading manufacturers of sandwich panels and EPS, Teknopanel A.Ş. is seeking an Export Area Sales Specialist / Manager who will be based in Türkiye and able to travel to our facility in Skopje, North Macedonia, in line with our growth targets in Macedonia and the Balkan region.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields
• Preferably a graduate of Architecture
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, architectural projects, and application details
• Knowledge of architectural drawing, modeling, and project softwares
• Preferably experienced in building materials, sandwich panels, façade systems, roofing systems, or project sales
• Experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management
• Fluent in English and Macedonian (written and spoken, including business correspondence)
• Strong communication skills to manage commercial processes between Türkiye and North Macedonia
• Knowledge of or experience in European and Balkan markets
• Strong customer relationship, negotiation, and representation skills
• Analytical thinking with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
• No travel restrictions and active driver’s license

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and develop the existing customer portfolio
• Acquire new customers and increase sales volume
• Analyze architectural projects, technical specifications, and application details to provide suitable product solutions
• Convert technical project knowledge into commercial opportunities
• Develop new markets and business opportunities in the Balkans and Europe
• Manage quotation, pricing, and contract processes
• Maintain and develop relationships with dealers and business partners
• Support export operations in compliance with relevant regulations
• Represent the company at international fairs, customer visits, and industry events
• Work in coordination with production, planning, logistics, and finance teams
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reporting
