QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in information technology, computer engineering or related field
• Technical experience in JAVA & Web Technologies
• Knowledge of Relational DB, Windows and linux OS
• Ability to be a proactive, flexible, dynamic, team player
• Experience in a manufacturing or international company is a plus
• Experience in business analysis and development is an asset
• Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Willing to live in Adapazarı or İzmit area

Individuals applying for this position should be prepared to perform both business analysis and application support management and development (J2EE)

Within the team you will

Initially: Gather requirements and do Business Analysis and manage/design/develop J2EE applications

midterm (3-5 years): perform both business analysis and project management for a variety of business applications

Your Initial Challenge:

• You will act as Business Analyst and do components, projects technical documentation
• Analysis of current business processes and applications and the identification of process improvements
• You will take participate in User Requirement Gathering
• You work with technology professionals/project managers to develop technology solutions to meet  requirements
• You will manage/develop  J2EE application 
•  Manage relationships with external clients and/or Vendors and provide support

Your Midterm Challenge

•       Analysis of current business processes and applications and the identification of process improvements
•       Gathering of customer requirements, analysis of return on investment and development of feasibility studies
•       Identification or design of IT solutions and the development of proposals for presentation to Senior Information Systems and customer management
•       Management of IT projects through all stages of the project life cycle managing risks potentially impacting the quality of deliverables, the cost of the project or the ability to meet the schedule for the project
•       Support and training for business application customers
•       Coordination of activity with Toyota European affiliates and world-wide Toyota affiliated companies
