- Bachelor’s degree graduate
- Interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources and Recruitment
- Good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Proficient in MS Office applications
Job Description
- Conduct candidate research and sourcing activities for open positions
- Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, career platforms, and various sourcing channels
- Support CV screening and pre-evaluation processes
- Conduct phone screenings with candidates
- Coordinate and follow up interview processes
- Provide operational and reporting support for recruitment activities
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure efficient hiring processes
