Job description / key responsibilities
· Be a “360 degree” point-of-contact liaison between client and internal teams—understanding and balancing clients’ needs and requests against internal risk controls, policies and operational requirements.
· Provide professional service and solutions to our customers.
· Receive, process, and submit client funding requests, as a ‘first-line loan officer’ to the Operations Team.
· Update client on a daily basis regarding all account-related information and developments.
· Perform on-going client account cultivation and development to increase revenue potential.
· Maintain high-degree of client satisfaction and high-rate of client contract renewals.
· Develop referrals and leads from client relationships.
· Engage in high-level problem solving, and proactively introduce solutions to clients.
· Become an expert on clients’ businesses and industries.
· Demonstrate a calm, professional demeanor at all times in a sometime high-stress environment.
· Organize regular visits to the clients and prepare visit reports to upper management.
· Travel to company Headquarter in Germany when it is required.
· Hybrid working model; 3 days work from the office (located in Maslak /Istanbul) and, 2 days work from home. 3 weeks remote work allowed in the summer period.
What we are looking for
· Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Banking or a related field. MBA is a plus.
· Experience:
o Minimum 5 years of experience in the Trade finance/banking/insurance/ or factoring industry.
o Proven track record of client management and finance industry.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of trade finance services.
o Technical experise on export factoring area including local and global regulations.
o Teamwork mindset with a personal integrity attitude.
o “ To do point“ approachs and strong problem solving skills.
o Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Programs.
•Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
