At TRIGO ÇÖZÜM TÜRKİYE, we are expanding our quality services at customer sites and looking for a Site Quality Engineer to join our growing team and work at the site of our automotive supplier customer in Dilovası, Kocaeli.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality or Process Engineering, preferably in the automotive industry,
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and management systems, including 8D, FMEA, MSA, PDCA, SPC and ISO 9001,
• Proficient in technical drawing interpretation and measurement equipment,
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with statistical analysis tools is an advantage,
• Advanced level of English,
• Strong planning, organization, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Experience in team management, shift planning, training coordination and customer communication,
• Proactive, solution-oriented and capable of taking responsibility and initiative.
• Valid Class B driving license and active driving experience.
• Willing to relocate to Kocaeli or the Asian side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure quality processes are effectively implemented in line with customer requirements and company standards,
• Perform incoming quality inspections and in-process quality analyses,
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, PDCA and other problem-solving methodologies,
• Monitor quality records, KPIs and performance, and coordinate improvement actions,
• Prepare technical reports, analyses and presentations,
• Manage measurement equipment, quality systems and relevant digital platforms,
• Plan and deliver technical and quality-related training,
• Coordinate shift/workforce planning and quality-related communication with customers and internal teams,
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and quality.
