• Monitoring and manage IATF 16949 and ISO 14001requirements regularly update. 
• Managing and monitoring customer complaint management process. Manages  8D analysis with team and inform the customer through portals. 
• Organizing daily meetings ( QRQC meetings ) for all related departments.
• Determining chronicle problems in all processes, makes on place analyses, and takes the preventive/counter measure actions. 
• Organizing and managing test activities in terms of investigation studies
• Taking place initiation and closure of all internal, serial quality, customer, and system related issues. 
• Participating in, quality studies e.g. measurement documents, gauge design activities, new launch requirements, MSA studies, Provides full support for preparing quality procedures, instructions and forms.
• Updating  FMEA and related documents when it is necessary with team.
• Taking responsibility of quarantine areas, defines necessary actions to release and/or scrap or rework of finish product and/or semi- finish product. Follows product in warehouse quarantine area for necessary actions. 
• Managing audit activities like internal audits, process audits, supplier audits, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Has technical degree in mechanical / manufacturing / Industrial engineering / automotive preferred or equivalent education and work experience. 
• Min. 3 years direct experience in quality section of automotive sector.
• Requires good verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English. 
• Must think logically, with sound problem-solving abilities. 
• Requires product documentation development and execution skills.
• Has experience in IATF 16946, VDA 6.3, ISO 14001 quality systems.
