Team Overview and Job responsibilities

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Design Specialist who is eager to transform creative ideas into impactful visual experiences and contribute to strengthening our brand identity across multiple communication channels.

You will be part of our Marketing & Communications Team, supporting a wide range of projects including social media, corporate communications, digital campaigns, events, exhibitions, and internal engagement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate will be responsible for the following processes and tasks:

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

• Design creative and engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites and internal communication platform
• Develop corporate communication materials in line with brand guidelines and visual identity standards
• Create presentations, brochures, catalogs, advertisements, posters, invitations and other digital and printed materials
• Support visual design processes for events, exhibitions, employer branding and marketing activities
• Collaborate closely with different departments and external agencies to deliver high-quality communication materials
• Contribute to video editing and motion graphics projects when required
• Utilize AI-powered design and content creation tools to improve creativity and efficiency
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all communication channels
• Stay up to date with current design trends, digital communication tools and emerging technologies
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations 

Who are we looking for?

The Ideal Candidate should have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication and digital content creation; agency experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and content creation tools and ability to integrate them into design workflows
• Strong understanding of corporate branding and visual communication principles
• Experience in creating social media content, digital campaign materials, website visuals and corporate communication assets
• Ability to manage end-to-end design processes for both digital and printed materials
• Knowledge of pre-press preparation, color management and printing production processes
• Ability to support video editing and motion graphics projects; photography and video production knowledge is considered an advantage
• Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions
• Excellent written and verbal Turkish communication skills with strong attention to grammar and content quality
• Passion for following emerging design trends, digital communication practices and creative technologies
• Able to present a current and professional design portfolio
