Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–8 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a growing corporate environment.
• SMMM (Certified Public Accountant) qualification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in Management reporting and Budget&Forecasting Processes.
• Good command of accounting and ERP applications. ERP system migration / ERP implementation / ERP transition experience is preferable
• Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Dynamics BC) is highly preferred. Familiar with other ERP programs such as Micro is also preferable.
• Understanding of TEKNOPARK Tax and Accounting Regulations is highly preferable
• Good understanding of IFRS.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized approach to work.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Controlling accounting operations in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Review financial reports, lead relations with tax authorities.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant local accounting and tax regulations.
• Performing budget and forecast analysis, monitoring variance analysis.
• Assist with statutory reporting, audit, and financial analysis.
• Identify discrepancies and ensure timely resolution of accounting issues.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances and trends, and provide clear explanations and management insights.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
