Certification Engineer

• Graduated from Engineering Faculties of Universities,
• Having worked as a Test Engineer, Product Development Engineer or Certification Engineer in certification bodies for at least 2 years,
• Knowledge of all legislation, directives and standards regarding HVAC products and the materials and components used in them ,
• Preferably, certificate of application of CE conformity directives information and tests, Industrial Gases training certificate,
• Proficient in English and preferably German.

Job Description

• Working in partnership with testing and certification bodies, establishing accurate and high-quality communication, and coordinating the annual audit activities carried out by certification bodies,
• Determination and follow-up of the costs of testing, certification, audit, periodic certification fees, supply of price offers, creation and follow-up of purchase requests,
• Submitting the product declarations/certificates to the requesting department representative in cases such as tenders, mass sales,
• Determining the certification process requirements according to the projects, preparing the cost and time plan, obtaining the necessary product information, samples and documents from the project leader in the relevant phase for the realization of this plan ,
• Planning the sample type, quantity and time for SC- Serial Conformity tests, checking the conformity of the test results to the standard and giving the appropriate/incorrect approval
• Vaillant Group devices and Commercial products; new product / part / material acceptance criteria; Evaluation within the scope of VG standards and laws and regulations required by the markets planned to be sold,
• Auditing and evaluation of the quality activities carried out together with the annual audits carried out by the certification bodies ,
• Inspection and evaluation of the fact that the market , where the certified products will be sold, has the production conditions in accordance with the relevant laws, directives and standards, together with the annual inspections carried out by the certification bodies .
