QUALIFICATIONS

University and/or Master degree in related fields such as Business Administration, International Relations, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations,

Minimum 7 years of experience as HR Business Partner especially luxury textile retailing companies,

Excellent verbal & written English skills,

Having good level of MS Office skills,

Strong analytical skills,

Good knowledge of employment/labor laws,

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage end-to-end HR processes across stores, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent management, employee relations, disciplinary processes, and organizational development,

Act as the first point of contact for all store employees and managers on HR processes, systems, policies, and practices, with regular store visits to provide on-site HR support,

Lead and support organizational change and development initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices across stores,

Lead HR projects focused on employee engagement, loyalty, retention, and motivation, while monitoring and improving key HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, and employee engagement.
