We are seeking SAP MM-SD Module Specialist to join our team at Baştaş Başkent Cement Factory in Elmadağ, one of the leading companies of Vicat Group Türkiye. We expect the candidates to be in Ankara.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of SAP MM and/or SD experience preferred
• Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes
• Knowledge of SAP MM/SD integration with FI/CO, PP, QM, and PM modules
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, cement, building materials, or similar industries preferred
• Experience with SAP master data structures
• Experience working with SAP implementation partners and consulting teams
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• SAP certification preferred
• Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate across business and technical teams
• Willingness to work in Ankara / Elmadağ and travel as required

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP MM/SD solutions supporting procurement, inventory, sales, logistics, and billing processes
• Lead analysis and solution design activities for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions aligned with SAP best practices
• Coordinate MM/SD workstreams and guide solution design activities throughout SAP implementation projects
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap assessments and contribute to key design decisions
• Support and manage SAP MM/SD integration with FI/CO, PP, QM, PM, and other modules
• Prepare and review functional specifications and development requirements
• Support master data design, cleansing, and data migration activities
• Coordinate integration testing and UAT activities
• Support cutover and go-live activities
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure knowledge retention within the organization
• Support key-user and end-user training activities
• Provide post-go-live Level 2/Level 3 application support
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support alignment with global SAP standards and Group practices
