We are seeking SAP PM Module Specialist to join our team at Baştaş Başkent Cement Factory in Elmadağ, one of the leading companies of Vicat Group Türkiye. We expect the candidates to be in Ankara.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 4+ years of SAP PM experience preferred
• Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or rollout project
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management processes and SAP PM master data
• Knowledge of SAP PM integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and QM modules
• SAP S/4HANA experience preferred
• Experience in maintenance operations within manufacturing environments
• Experience in cement, heavy industry, energy, or process manufacturing preferred
• Experience with mobile maintenance, IoT, predictive maintenance, or field system integrations preferred
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• SAP certification preferred
• Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions
• Willingness to work in Ankara / Elmadağ and travel as required

Job Description

• Analyze, design, and implement SAP PM solutions supporting maintenance and technical operations
• Collaborate with plant maintenance teams to optimize processes in line with SAP best practices
• Design, configure, and support preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes
• Develop solutions for Equipment, Functional Location, Maintenance Plan, Notification, and Maintenance Order processes
• Support SAP PM integration with MM, FI/CO, PP, and QM modules
• Collaborate with implementation partners and plant teams throughout project delivery
• Participate in Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap assessments
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and test scenarios
• Support master data management and data migration activities
• Contribute to integration testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure knowledge retention within the organization
• Support key-user and end-user training activities
• Provide post-go-live Level 2/Level 3 application support
• Drive process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives
