We are looking for a dedicated and experienced colleague to join our dynamic Global Customer Coordination Center for Customer Service Planning in Istanbul, Turkey. This is a key position where you support our planning department by issuing invoices after the service coordination takes place.

Where do you come in?

Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of what we do. Reporting to the Global Service Planning Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:

· Coordinate SOA and Managed Service invoicing in line with policies, regulations and workflows

· Prepare customer invoices, including documentation validation and resolution of billing discrepancies

· Handle daily internal/external email inquiries, including complex S30 cases, tickets, and annual invoicing tasks

· Create and maintain invoicing reports and supporting spreadsheets

Since you will be working with international customers and colleagues you will need to be fluent in English.

In addition, you will need to have:

· Customer-oriented mindset

· Excellent customer contacts (verbal and written)

· Understanding of the needs within Commercial Shipping

· Fair technical understanding of service jobs

· Excellent coordination, planning, and follow up skills

· Being responsible and team-oriented

· Positive & motivated attitude towards customers and VIKING colleagues

· Working according to the VIKING values

· Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement

· Ability to work overtime when needed
