We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Sales Representative to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B customers and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries, samples and orders.
• Visit customers and attend business meetings and industry exhibitions.
• Coordinate with the technical, logistics and management teams.
• Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales and market reports.
• Travel frequently for customer visits and business activities.

Requirements

• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to use CRM systems for customer and sales management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Hardworking, responsible, proactive and results-oriented.
• Willing and able to travel frequently.
• Able to work effectively in an international team.
• A background in chemistry, construction materials or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, construction chemicals or concrete admixtures is an advantage.
