We are looking for a “SALES MANAGER” for our company with global footprint, which is among the leading railway suppliers worldwide. The workplace will be at our office located in Ankara.

This position will directly report to the CEO/CFO.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·         Have a bachelor's degree from relevant departments of the universities,

·         Minimum 5 years experience in leadership roles at Sales Department and railways sector.

·         Excellent communication skills with customer relation building ability, compatible with team work, creative and innovative,

·         Analytical thinker and solutions oriented profile, coordination and organization skills are high,

·         Experienced in Technical Specification reading and contract management issues,

·         High leadership skills and experienced in management and supervision,

·         Focused on customer satisfaction and have a developed solutions competence,

·         Fluent English is a must, German language knowledge is an advantage,

·         Having a B class driving license and currently active as a driver,

·         No restrictions to travel in and abroad.

QUALIFICATIONS

·         Responsible for managing & leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field

·         To provide the necessary coordination for sales targets

·         To follow the tenders and projects,

·         To follow the developments related to technology, market, sector and competitors

·         Analyzing the sales team performance results, evaluating and contributing their development activities.

·         Providing information flow and coordination between regions and the center,

·         Analyzing according to market data and creating a budget,

·         To represent the company in domestic and foreign fairs,
