QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering,
Knowledge of electric motors, gear units, and related industrial power transmission systems,
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial product sales (B2B preferred),
Experience in selling to OEMs, industrial plants, machine manufacturers, and system integrators,
Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide appropriate product solutions,
Analytical, result-oriented, and target-driven mindset,
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills,
Proven field sales experience with regular customer visits,
Good command of English (preferred),
Proficient in MS Office applications,
Military service completed for male candidates,
Residing in Ankara or willing to relocate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage sales activities of electric motors and related product groups within the assigned region,
Achieve agreed targets in terms of revenue, profitability, collection period, and market share,
Maintain and expand the existing customer portfolio while acquiring new customers,
Conduct active business development activities with OEMs, industrial companies, and machine manufacturers,
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions and product recommendations,
Prepare quotations, manage contract processes, and coordinate after-sales activities,
Conduct customer visits and technical presentations,
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records in the CRM system,
Perform market and competitor analysis and regularly report to management,
Represent the company at trade fairs, events, and industry organizations.
