QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control & Automation Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering,
Commercial and technical knowledge of Low Voltage Drives, Control Systems, and Industrial Automation,
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and promotion activities targeting OEMs, Partners, Panel Builders, and System Integrators,
Strong analytical thinking, decision-making skills, and adaptability to change,
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills,
Willing to travel frequently for customer visits and presentations,
Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
Proficient in MS Office applications,
Military service completed for male candidates,
Residing in Ankara or willing to relocate.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage the regional sales channel including OEMs, Partners, System Integrators, and Panel Builders,
Achieve agreed targets in terms of revenue, profitability, collection period, and expenses in alignment with management objectives,
Maintain and grow the existing customer portfolio while acquiring new customers,
Conduct regular customer visits and execute sales development activities,
Provide commercial and technical support to customers and partners, ensuring proper follow-up,
Prepare customer-based budgets, potential analyses, and sales performance reports,
Prepare product presentations and actively participate in digital platforms, trade shows, and events to promote the product portfolio,
Collaborate with global teams to support sales coordination and market development activities,
Take an active role in commercial, administrative, marketing, and after-sales processes; monitor goals, KPIs, and contracts,
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system,
Work closely with business development teams to optimize market segment opportunities,
Establish and maintain long-term, sustainable client relationships.
