We are looking for a "Planning Leader" to join our global client operating in the food manufacturing industry, based in Dilovası/ Kocaeli.
Job Description
- Lead out Production planning, Supply Planning, Material Planning
- Manage, drive and control planning activities of raw materials, packaging materials and traded goods
- Manage all inventories and ensure optimized stock levels and movement of materials
- Ensure availability of information and inventory to support, production schedules and customer needs
- Support strategic sourcing in conjunction with commodity management group by providing usage requirements to support demand
- Define and manage the process for executing purchase orders under agreements negotiated by procurement
- Manage the processes for delivery of all procurement, materials and logistics activities
- Lead out the Supply review for the plant and provide outlook on capacity and action plans
- Monitor and evaluate team members
- Implements and manages appropriate KPIS to monitor and improve performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree level
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food industry
- Advanced level of English (oral and written)
- SAP expertise (must criteria)
- Strong leadership qualities to lead the department
- Strong follow-up, stress management and problem-solving skills
