Merzigo is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Integrated Management Systems Specialist to manage, develop, and audit integrated management systems (IMS), including quality, environmental, and information security processes.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring compliance with ISO standards, supporting Turquality-related documentation and audits, and contributing to the continuous improvement of company-wide processes through an integrated approach.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of integrated management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001)
• Plan and execute internal audit processes within the scope of integrated management systems
• Develop, maintain, and standardize management system documentation
• Analyze company processes to identify improvement areas and create action plans
• Contribute to the preparation of improvement projects and strategic roadmaps
• Manage documentation and processes related to Turquality audits
• Monitor compliance of all departments with quality and management system standards
• Track non-conformities and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and followed up
• Prepare reports and presentations for top management within the scope of management systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001 standards
• Minimum 3 years of experience in integrated management systems, internal audits, or ISO-related processes
• Experience in ISO documentation, certification, and audit processes is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong written and spoken English skills
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving and process management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
