What do we expect from you?
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Long-Term HR Intern.
As a Long-Term HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and transactions within our HR department.
What will you do when you join our team?
Responsibilities:
The specific responsibilities include
- Supporting the team in new or ongoing HR projects and processes.
- Providing administrative support to the HR department, including managing personnel data and records, payroll management, generating reports, preparing contracts, collecting signatures, filing documents, and keeping job descriptions and HR policies up-to-date
- Updating internal databases with new employee information and job changes
- Taking an active role in internal HR activities
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners to assist the local team, addressing questions, and providing support
- Assisting in the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to conducting reference checks and supporting the onboarding and orientation process
- Participating in colleague communities and supporting team members in developing well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and social responsibility projects

Experience:
- This internship opportunity is perfect for a 1st-year student in a Post-Graduate Degree program or a 3rd/4th-year student in a Graduate Degree program in fields such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related departments.
- Availability to work a minimum of 3 days a week during school time and full-time during the summer period.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Willingness to learn and develop within a corporate structure
- Previous internship experience in Human Resources and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in this field
Technical abilities:
- IT literate, able to use standard business software and communication tools
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Self-motivated with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Self-disciplined and proactive in taking initiative
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus
