Senior Accounting Specialist

We are looking for an Senior Accounting Specialist to join the Zoomlion family.

Job Responsibilities 

• Recording invoices and verifying accounting vouchers, preparing VAT refunds
• Reviewing and processing employee expense reports and receipts
• Ensuring revenues are recorded in the correct accounting accounts
• Conducting BA-BS reconciliations, preparing and filing tax declarations
• Entering daily bank transactions into the system
• Performing month-end closing transactions, including currency valuation and depreciation accounting
• Recording import-related invoices into the system
• Preparing and filing all tax declarations, including VAT, withholding tax, stamp duty, provisional tax, and corporate tax
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting from a relevant university, or at least anAssociate Degree
• Strong knowledge and experience in monthly tax return processes, general legislation, and accounting procedures
• Experience in VAT refund processes 
• Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Uniform Chart of Accounts and tax declaration procedures
• Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Expertise in General Accounting, tax regulations, finance, and period-end transactions
• Knowledge of Foreign Trade, Customs, and Exchange regulations
• Familiarity with E-Invoice, E-Ledger, and E-Archive processes
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience withSAP Finance module
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Strong communication skills, responsibility, and teamwork ability
• Proactive, highly motivated, and focused
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• For male candidates: Completed military service or deferred for at least 2 years
