Our company is seeking a dynamic and creative Customer Representative

Key Responsibilities:

•     Offer unique and compelling solutions to our customers with creative thinking and design skills.
•     Coordinate designs with sales and production teams through collaboration.
•     Create and finalize original designs by understanding customer requests.
•     Effectively manage multiple tasks using prioritization and time management skills.
•     Create high-quality designs and manage projects with attention to detail.
•     Utilize business management tools like SAP effectively.
•     Strengthen customer relationships and bridge the gap between sales and production teams.

Skills:

•     Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Turkish is a prerequisite for the role. Proficiency in the German language is a plus. Knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
•     Ideal candidates will possess graphic design knowledge.
•     Customer-focused with a high level of service orientation.
•     Strong team player with a positive "can-do" attitude.
•     High attention to detail.
•     Experience as a Mac operator in a prepress environment (preferred).
