Position Overview
The Sales Associate for the Marmara Region is responsible for driving the growth of Acandis’ neurovascular business in the assigned territory. The role combines sales execution, clinical support, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagement to strengthen Acandis’ presence in Türkiye.
You will develop and execute regional sales strategies, support clinical procedures, and ensure strong customer relationships in line with company goals and budget.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Regional Management
- Manage daily sales activities in the Marmara region under supervision of the Sales Supervisor / Country Manager
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market share objectives
- Execute approved regional sales and marketing plans
- Monitor consignment stock levels in assigned hospitals
- Ensure proper handling of customer feedback and product complaints in coordination with Acandis Germany and Turkey teams
Clinical Support & Training
- Provide in-field clinical support during neurovascular procedures
- Train physicians and hospital staff on Acandis products
- Support case preparation using tools such as sizing services, flow models, and patient-specific training
- Participate in proctoring and clinical education activities
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and submit weekly activity and sales reports
- Participate in monthly performance and strategy meetings
- Maintain strong communication with internal departments and leadership teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience in medical device or capital equipment sales is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English
- Field-based role covering the Marmara Region (Türkiye)
- Valid driver’s license
- Certification from Turkish Medicines and Medical Devices Agency (TİTCK) (Medical Device Sales & Clinical Support) is preferred or required
- Strong results orientation and ability to work in target-driven environments
