We are looking for a Office Coordinator who will serve our leading client in the field where we provide consulting.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manage and organize office operations
- Keep track of office inventory and place material orders
- Manage office resources to meet business needs
- Assist in the organization of meetings and events
- Improve business processes and enhance office efficiency
- Provide support and coordination to office staff
- Greet visitors and manage internal office communication
- Fluency in written and verbal English
JOB DESCRİPTİON
- Previous experience in office management or coordination is preferred
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong task tracking and organizational skills
