Located in the enchanting atmosphere of Tersane İstanbul, Aliée, a luxury lifestyle hotel, is looking for a  Hostess to join its Food & Beverage team.

Being a Hostess at Aliée is more than welcoming guests—it is about creating exceptional first impressions through genuine hospitality, warmth, and professionalism. As the first point of contact, you will ensure every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive by managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and delivering a seamless dining experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, genuine, and professional welcome to every guest, creating an exceptional first impression that reflects Aliée’s luxury hospitality standards.
• Manage telephone calls, guest inquiries, and reservation requests with efficiency, courtesy, and attention to detail.
• Coordinate reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth guest flow while maximizing restaurant capacity.
• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated only when the table is fully prepared according to brand standards.
• Support restaurant operations during peak service periods to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant’s food and beverage menus to confidently assist guests with recommendations and inquiries.
• Ensure the hostess stand and surrounding reception area remain immaculate, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly or escalating them when appropriate.
• Build and maintain positive guest relationships by recognizing preferences and delivering personalized service.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date reservation system, ensuring all guest information and special requests are properly recorded.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management in support of the Food & Beverage operation.
• Consistently deliver courteous, professional, and personalized service in accordance with Aliée's luxury service philosophy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment is preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to create a welcoming, elegant, and memorable guest experience.
• Proven ability to manage reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle guest requests and concerns professionally, calmly, and discreetly.
• Sound knowledge of fine dining etiquette, restaurant operations, and luxury hospitality standards.
• Professional appearance and grooming in line with luxury brand expectations.
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to remain composed, flexible, and service-oriented during busy operational periods.
