Cliff Bodrum restaurant will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner with an ever-changing view of the Aegean Sea and the Greek Islands. On the menu you will find creative, zesty Aegean mezzes re-imagined by the talented Allium chefs. Crispy sourdough breads will be baked in the woodfire oven as the chefs are adding their final touches to the mezzes and the seafood varieties.

The changing colors and scenery through the day will never cease to amaze you as you relax and breathe in the Aegean abundance. The exquisite selection of drinks and snacks of Cliff Pool Bar will delight you all day long with your favorite flavors, re-imagined including fresh ingredients and colors of Mediterranean cuisine.

The Beach Bar will serve you anything you desire around the beach area. Freshly brewed coffee to greet the day as you watch the sun rays’ shimmer on the inviting Aegean Sea, a delicious lunch after you take a swim in the refreshing water, a delicately mixed cocktail, or a glass of wine as the sun sets over the Greek Archipelago.

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• To assist guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• To mix drinks and control the beverage stock as per guidelines.
• To have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
• To have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
• To follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• To follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of all beverage products.
• Previous point of sale system experiences an asset.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• English Knowledge: Fluent (Speaking, Writing, Understanding).
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
