We’ll look to you for:

• Checking time and attendance data and transferring it into the payroll system
• Managing monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
• Overseeing union relations and processes
• Administering disciplinary cases and tracking their progress 
• Handling social security notifications, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Execute end-to-end blue-collar recruitment processes 
• Preparing reports and documentation for official institutions (SGK, İŞKUR) and audits
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and personnel matters
• Monitoring legislative changes and adapting payroll processes accordingly

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, personnel affairs and industrial relations

• Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security legislation

• Preferably experienced with SuccessFactors

• Proficient in MS Excel

• Fluent in Turkish and English

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills

• High level of commitment to confidentiality

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
