About Job
We’ll look to you for:
- Checking time and attendance data and transferring it into the payroll system
- Managing monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
- Overseeing union relations and processes
- Administering disciplinary cases and tracking their progress
- Handling social security notifications, employee onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Execute end-to-end blue-collar recruitment processes
- Preparing reports and documentation for official institutions (SGK, İŞKUR) and audits
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and personnel matters
- Monitoring legislative changes and adapting payroll processes accordingly

Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Economics, Business Administration, Labor Economics, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll, personnel affairs and industrial relations
Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Social Security legislation
Preferably experienced with SuccessFactors
Proficient in MS Excel
Fluent in Turkish and English
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
High level of commitment to confidentiality
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
